Brought my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country in for repair on 3-21-2022 did not get it back until 5-12-2022. AutoNation could not get the part. They were told that the van would be fixed around 5-2-2022 but they 3-21-2022 did not get it back until 5-12-2022. AutoNation could not get the part. We are retired & have only the one car & were having to borrow a car to drive. This was very unacceptable, this was to long to be without a car. I contacted Kevin on May 9 & ask him to please do something, he said he would try. Received a call that afternoon that he had found a solution, a after market part could be used. I ask if it would be covered under warrnty, had they used this part before, & did it work. The answer was yes to all. I told Kevin to do the repair,. 5-11 I received a call from Kevin the van was ready. We picked up the van on 5-12. I had told Kevin I knew it wasn't his fault but AutoNation should have provided us with a car to drive since it took so long for our van repairs. This is the only problem I have with AutoNation. As I said we are retired & on limited income & could not afford to rent a car, this was a very inconvient problem. The van is running great now & was cleaned before we picked it up, glad we have back.. . More
