I have a 2017 Jeep Renegade, bought at the dealership in '18. During my last service work, I had an oil change, it went fine. I had a u connect problem that they agreed to look at. The computer probably nee '18. During my last service work, I had an oil change, it went fine. I had a u connect problem that they agreed to look at. The computer probably needs an update. My husband tried this at home, twice, it told him to refer to the dealership. The dealership wanted my car for 3 - 5 days. I had an appt. for a Fri., morning, yet, they do not look at your car for days later. I got my car back after the weekend, and it was the same. They said it did not need an update. I dislike having my car gone for long periods of time. During the service, they discovered that my tires' lug nuts were swollen, a common thing for Renegades, I was told. They were unable to remove them with their tools. I had my husband purchase new lug nuts. He now has to purchase a new tool in hopes of removing the lug nuts. The service dept. agreed to rotate my tires after the issue is fixed. My point is, IF this is a known Renegade problem, why am I driving around with un rotated tires? Why is this my problem? What if I had a flat tire? Am I going to be told , "I'm sorry mam, you need new lug nuts" ? Your company dropped the ball. I am still waiting for my husband to get a new tool to remedy this situation. Shouldn't this be your area of expertise? BTW, My u connect would not start up right away like it used to. I now wait for it to be ready to run, which is ok, but how will it work down the road? Anyway, thank you for asking about my last visit.I wasn't going to bother to respond. More
