Took my truck (2020 power wagon) in for a safety recall and a suspected exhaust leak at the manifold which has been an issue before (passenger side replaced once already) so it was easy for me to identify. and a suspected exhaust leak at the manifold which has been an issue before (passenger side replaced once already) so it was easy for me to identify. Dealer had my truck for a week completed the recall, said they inspected the manifold and found no issue. They explained to me that because the heat shield was aluminum the heat was causing it to flex and make noise. Nonsense explanation for the issue I brought it in for and said so to the service advisor. Got the truck home and crawled under to at least check for broken bolts. Upon inspection I found that one of the nuts that hold the heat shield was only finger tight (passenger side) and the other was completely missing (driver side). It was evident that no mechanic had touched the manifolds/heat shields due to the fact that they were dirty enough that finger prints would have been left behind in the road grime build up. On the driver side heat shield the bolt hole tab that should have been held in place by the stud and missing nut was bent over to create tension to keep the heat shield from rattling. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the lack of workmanship put into what amounts to a very simple inspection. I personally will not be returning to autonation spring for service or purchase, they have proved themselves untrustworthy. Kevin was very helpful and understood my concerns at drop off/pickup of the vehicle he is just the middle man this review is not aimed at him. The shop foreman and the mechanics are the issue here. If you've used this dealership for service in the past and had a less than 4 star interaction, then you may want to give it another try. I used them for my 3rd of 4 full service oil changes and had a great experience from start to finish. Stacy was phenomenal. She called me ahead of time to confirm my appointment and answer any questions I had at the time. When I arrived, she greeted me with a big smile on her face and in her voice! She got me checked in quickly and addressed some other concerns I had. We made an appointment for my past due tune-up and she was kind enough to guide me to an appointment in August so I could use a loaner (first available date for a loaner) since I would be doing some other work as well. When I arrived to get my car it was waiting for me and had been washed! I'm not sure if that's a standard procedure now or was complimentary due to some issues I had in the past but I was grateful! Stacy really made me feel valued as a customer. Way to step up the game AutoNation!! More

Hate the service department. The worse service department I have ever been to and I have had new vehicles from lot of different dealership and used them all. If I would have know about this service department I would never bought a vehicle here. The service department is too small and under staffed so it takes days to even get an appointment. If you don’t have a appointment it takes 4 or 5 days just to look at your vehicle and then they have to repair it. If your warranty covers a rental car you probably not going to get one because they alway say they don’t have one but will put you on the waiting list. They always have too many vehicles waiting for service. My truck froze up on me last Saturday so I had it towed to dealership. They replaced the Battery in my 4 month old truck on Monday and I picked it up. I was very surprised they returned it so fast that time. I drove it 3 days and had it towed back for the same problem as before. That was Thursday and they haven’t even looked at it yet. I am hoping they investigate this time and find out what caused the battery problem. They just did a quick fix by replacing the battery last time. Why not do your job correct the first time? I shouldn’t have to return in 3 days for the same problem. More
