I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 8:00 AM. Upon arrival and check in was informed it would be approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. I never received any updates until it had been 1 for 8:00 AM. Upon arrival and check in was informed it would be approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. I never received any updates until it had been 1 hour and 45 minutes from my check in and it was to recommend replacing of a cabin filter that was replaced by them just 10k miles prior. When I declined to replace the cabin air filter it took another 30 minutes before I was informed my vehicle was ready. The check out process consisted of my awkwardly standing in front of the service representative feverishly typing away on his computer for about 10 minutes. In total it was well over 2 hours and 40 minutes. More
