My service advisor, Erik Diaz, was very thorough and helpful with what was going to include in this 10,000 mile check up. I needed to wait for my car in the service lounge and he set up text communications to keep me informed as I waited. The lounge was comfortable and before I knew it Erik had my car ready for pickup in less than an hour! I had an detailed report of my car sent by text. Great experience. More
