Always a pleasant experience having service performed on my vehicle here AN CDJR Spring. Fred Erdman is my go-to advisor. Extremely professional. All of the service advisors are too, but you know how it goes. You drive up, get greeted, and an advisor is out there to help you and you end up liking them so they become your go-to. On the shop end, I've had great work performed. Anything from an oil change, to a differential replacement, While my vehicle is in the shop, I'm always updated and informed about the progress of the repairs being made and given a timeline about parts availability if applicable. When it's time to pick up, the paperwork is ready, and the advisor will go into more detail confirming the work I had performed and answers my questions. If he's unsure or needs more info, he'll gladly contact the technician/parts department/service manager to get me direct answers. My vehicle is always returned cleaner than when I left it (at my request) and all of my switches and buttons haven't been moved unless needed by the technician. I've got service scheduled again soon and look forward to having the same or better experience than previously. More
Stacy is the best! I was able to drop it off before 7pm the night before my Tues 7am appointment for an oil change.
