Made appointment for oil change and a change of brakes with vehicle protection plus plan. The person I made the appointment with (Fred) didn't take care of me, had a different person (Sean) "help" me. Inf with vehicle protection plus plan. The person I made the appointment with (Fred) didn't take care of me, had a different person (Sean) "help" me. Informed him of the reason for my appointment and told me it would be no problem. Calls me 2 hours later to let me know the work on the brakes couldn't be done until calling the VPP+ for auth and they were only open M-F(I dropped off my car on Saturday). I agreed to leave my car until Monday and I was assured by Sean that the vehicle would be done by Monday lunch time, he just had to call and get approval. Monday comes and I call the service desk because I arranged for plans to get dropped off to pick up my car. I told the person who answered (Alexis) if I could check if my vehicle was ready to be picked up. She asked who my service person was which I had told her Fred because I had the email from him and only remembered his name, to which she said that Fred was in the shop area and not at the desk, but I told her I was just interested in finding out if the vehicle was ready or not. I don't know why Fred had to get involved just to get that information, Alexis then said that she would have Fred call me back but didn't take my number down, afterwards I called back multiple times but no one picked up. I still don't understand why she couldn't just get the info I needed. I showed up at the service desk 15 minutes later to get my vehicle, that's when I found out Sean had called out sick and didn't notify anyone to call to get approval for the work to be done on the car for the new brakes. I spoke with fred and tried to have him explain what I could do to get the work done. He said he had too many other service things he needed to complete already (not word for word but you get the idea) He said if I left the car he could TRY and make the call and MAYBE the work would be done by the next day, to which I then pressed and try to get assurance it would be done but he said he couldn't guarantee anything. So at that point I just demanded for my car back because I require my car back for work, it's a huge inconvenience to waste my time like that given how much I require my car through out the week. The only person I felt who actually helped me was the person who released my car back to me, I didn't get his name but he was speedy and didn't try to waste my time. Do better please. More
Worst service ever. I took my car for diagnostic, they "had to charge me" extra diagnostic 3 hours, after a week they give me a quote to fix my car. When I come in for work on my car, they are always very courteous, and friendly . The work is done quickly. From the start of going there till I leave, they let me know what is going on with my car. took truck is for Oil change Tire Rotation and Alignment waited 3 1/2 hours for them to say it was ready when I checked truck over tire rotation wasn't done which means to me alignment isn't correct they wo waited 3 1/2 hours for them to say it was ready when I checked truck over tire rotation wasn't done which means to me alignment isn't correct they wouldn't recheck alignment after waiting another hour for them to rotate tires, totally dissatisfied with service they don't believe customers time is valuable either not caring how much time it takes them. for the overcharges on service fees some kind of reimbursement so be made for the unnecessary wait time.
