This experience was the absolute worst Ive ever had since I began being a loyal customer in 2014. The lack of communication... The quality of the work performed, .. and the cost ,.. all came together to help me understand that ,..This is not the same company (people) that I have come to know and depend on to take care of my Auto Needs. ... Since 2014 I have bought 3 vehicles from Autonation. I have referred 4 others, who have collectively bought 6 vehicles. The reason I continued to come back, and the reason I referred my friends was based ( mostly) on The EXCELLENT Customer Service I had received on every single visit. Unfortunately, I don't recognize many of the faces in that Dept anymore, and I'm not sure AutoNation Should be so comfortable in losing the staff they had before. I'm not sure if I will return to This location to give them a second chance at my business. I am extremely disappointed in this visit and I don't believe this is gonna be a one time experience, instead, I believe this will be the new norm. ..This E-mail I recieved said that every survey is looked at. I hope that's true, and I hope someone will take this comment seriously. If not, I don't see a bright future for AutoNation,..at least not with me , or my friends. More

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, Dealer added a an aftermarket product to our wrangler and subcontracted the installation to a 3rd party (unknown to me as I was led to. believe was Dealer added a an aftermarket product to our wrangler and subcontracted the installation to a 3rd party (unknown to me as I was led to. believe was OEM and fitted by the dealer themselves) and when issues came up - response was can do nothing - basically if not in a Jeep manual won’t work on it - what’s the point of using a dealership if they sub work out and then when there are issues wash their hands of it - as such I am left with none functioning vehicle - purchased 3. Vehicle (still have them and they were all maintained by this dealership won’t be purchasing or having any vehicle serviced there again - customer service is no existent in the service Sept, I had to call or go myself to dealer - service rep. Aloes once to say wasn’t going to work on vehicle and when I asked for a manager to review/contact - nothing, when I went in was told manager called - when I challenged that was told “maybe he didn’t and explanation was he was no longer with the dealership” - If I could would give a zero rating More
