Was a little disappointed this last visit. More
Bought a 2020 BMW from them in June 2022, first service was set up, had to wait for filter from BMW dealership. When I arrived I informed the Assistant Service Manager that I needed an oil change and that was set up, had to wait for filter from BMW dealership. When I arrived I informed the Assistant Service Manager that I needed an oil change and that the coolant light had just turned on. He came into the waiting area and let me it would be a few hours before they got the oil filter for my car, then once they got the filter informed me I needed new tires. I went to look at the tires, I did need new ones. It then took several more hours and I had another appt so they placed the tires on the car then left for my appt. I get down the highway and there is only 17 lbs of air in each tire. I was returning to the dealership anyway, so they placed air in the tire, never filled up the coolant, once again that light came on. I got an excuse of we have jr. technicians and they could cross-contaminate. Which meant I have people working on my car that have no clue, which is scary in and of itself. They got the coolant from BMW (which they should have done when they got the filter). Then the left back driver side tire was low once again. I returned again to be told that the valve stem was fragile and they could be damaged when they are old. Seriously, I had NO issues with the tires going flat until they put new ones on it, nor the valve stem leaking. I have never in my life experienced more excuses for incompetence than I have at this dealership. I seriously considered trading that car in at the BMW dealership in the Woodlands or the one near my office downtown, just so I wouldn't have to deal with this dealership again. Nothing but excuses and absolutely NO accountability. I was there from 7am until 6pm that evening, then to be told that I could have scheduled my service at the BMW North which is also owned by AutoNation. I will not be returning here, but will move my service records to the BMW North location. Unacceptable AutoNation - Do Better. More

Profesional and neat service all around. Honored the factory warranty terms and I got the impression they cared about providing a good level of service. Honored the factory warranty terms and I got the impression they cared about providing a good level of service. More
