Highly unsatisfied with my interaction with AutoNation Spring. After waiting over a year for my recall issue to be resolved on my HP fuel pump on my Cummins Ram, the dealership refused to honor commitmen Spring. After waiting over a year for my recall issue to be resolved on my HP fuel pump on my Cummins Ram, the dealership refused to honor commitment for a dealer paid oil change for this vehicle. I made it quite clear my expectation for them to stand behind their commitment to me and they chose an oil change over customer satisfaction. I will not be back, nor will I ever consider buying another vehicle from them. They got their $200 for the oil change and lost a customer forever. Funny how the passage of time about their closing an open recall issue didn't both them, but expiration of a free oil change was real important. More

Removed my vehicle from that dealership and took it to Autonation to be repaired. They had the problem diagnosed and resolved in less than a week. I could not be more pleased with the service at this dealership. Even though it is an hour away I will certainly return for any further vehicle problemS. Would highly recommend them. More

I came in to have a molding replaced on my car that I was told 2 days in a row was covered under my warranty the day of my appointment I come in them still saying it was covered I sat for 2 1/2 with no updat told 2 days in a row was covered under my warranty the day of my appointment I come in them still saying it was covered I sat for 2 1/2 with no update I finally went to get an update and turns out my Advisor Jonathan was nowhere to be found and the part wasn’t covered so I literally sat for 2 1/2 hours for nothing when I should’ve been updated within the first 30 minutes of this on top of that they wanted to charge me out of pocket $247 just to swap out the piece they’re a huge inconvenience and will waste your time also I went ahead and purchased the part and come to find out it was $30 more than Tomball DCJ More
