When picking up they pretty much just g realized after 1 day it does considering the milage input was wrong from last service which was done by them. When picking up they pretty much just gave me paperwork and done even show me the new batteries or walk trough the process done. The service was done very quick considering I arrived with my jeep without an appointment as it was being towed from home due to death battery. In general there is a lot of area of opportunity to improve communication, transparency and service. More

All together I was left without my vehicle for ONE MONTH and not once did they call me with updates, I had to call them to ask. Truly a horrible experience. More

Contacted service manager Sally and she said it was oil cooler leaking and needed replacing. She had at time of service tried to get me to change cooler. I explained the oil cooler had been replaced weeks earlier. She would not let me bring auto in to inspect it the next day after service to determine leak source. She remained with the premise it was the oil cooler. I took the auto to a local repair shop and they identified the leak on oil pan and repaired it saying it was bad sealant was the problem. This cost me $111.30 to repair. I have had this auto serviced for ten years at this dealership. I feel I should be reimbursed for my repair cost if not my business will be moved elsewhere.
