I had a terrible experience at Jeep Autonation Southwest in Littleton and will never return. I scheduled an 8 AM appointment on Thursday to address a RECALL(W84) involving excessive oil consumption and in Littleton and will never return. I scheduled an 8 AM appointment on Thursday to address a RECALL(W84) involving excessive oil consumption and a powertrain software update. Since my oil pressure light was sporadically flashing I asked if this could be connected. I was told that it wasn’t likely. I requested they check the oil pressure sensor using a mechanical gauge to eliminate the possibility of a bigger issue. To ensure my vehicle was on time for my scheduled appointment with my busy work schedule , I dropped it off on Tuesday and rented a car. Despite my efforts to have my car there & ready, my Jeep sat untouched for most of Thursday. After multiple failed attempts to get an update, I finally reached my service advisor 10 minutes before closing, only to be told my car had been moved out of the bay and never finished. I was also warned I could be facing major costly engine issues. Friday morning, my personal mechanic called on my behalf and advised them to check exactly what I initially requested (oil pressure sensor). After waiting most of the day again, I was finally told it was, in fact, a faulty sensor. Desperate to get my car back, I approved the repair—only to be charged a shocking $650 for a job that multiple mechanics confirmed should cost about $160 (parts & labor). After I questioned the price, I was offered a 10% discount, based on a promotion they were running , with a condescending remark about how it wasn’t something I was “entitled to.” Unfortunately my car was not completed until close to closing on Friday & I had to wait an additional day to pick it up. Between the dealership’s lack of communication, delays that extended my rental costs, and their blatant overcharging, this visit cost me nearly $800. I definitely feel taken advantage of, which is very disappointing since this is the dealership where I purchased my car. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. Service over charged for work done. Checked with two other dealerships and an independent repair shop to compare cost charged. AutoNation charged over DOUBLE what each of the other shop Checked with two other dealerships and an independent repair shop to compare cost charged. AutoNation charged over DOUBLE what each of the other shops quoted. The service techs should go by book hours rather than lying about the hours and then ripping off customers. Very disappointed and angry service management lets their techs lie about their hours so they can make more money at the customers expense. More
My 2022 Grand Cherokee needed mandatory recall and the tailgate only went up 75%. Took it in and Ryan said he needed the car for 2-3 days to diagnose/fix the tailgate. Made appointment. Drove to work. Wit tailgate only went up 75%. Took it in and Ryan said he needed the car for 2-3 days to diagnose/fix the tailgate. Made appointment. Drove to work. Within 5 minutes my 69 yo wife read the owner's manual and fixed the problem (won't tell him how). Called Ryan and told him he should be embarrassed. Got email cancelling appointment. Apparently, he's too embarrassed to see me again. Nice. Hope I don't have an accident due to product deficiency because that would be a big lawsuit. More

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in because the engine light is on and wanted to find out why and if there is any work that is required. I do have the lifetime warranty so when I brought my vehicle in ea light is on and wanted to find out why and if there is any work that is required. I do have the lifetime warranty so when I brought my vehicle in early Friday morning (12/8) and then was notified that they need to get approval from MaxCare Mopar Vehicle Protection. My car was there all day Friday and over the weekend and all day Monday with nothing submitted to MaxCare and still no work done on my vehicle. I called and said I needed my car on Tuesday and the service rep said that I can pick it up Monday afternoon and bring it back on Wednesday. I said I needed the car by Friday as we will be going out of town. The Service Rep said it would not be ready by Friday. Why in xxxx does my car need to be in the shop for over a week waiting for warranty approval where I have no car and still no work done on my vehicle!! When I purchased my Jeep I never had to do this and then a few years ago now there is this long drawn out process of getting warranty approval. This is terrible customer service! My wife takes her car to the dealer (Different manufacture) and work is done always in one day. My Jeep has over 195K miles and will need to look for a new vehicle in the next year or two but I may not be looking at Jeep because of this terrible process where it takes 1-2 weeks to get something repaired and no option of a loaner vehicle! I will be calling the MaxCare as well complaining to them about the process. I am very displeased with Auto Nation Service and MaxCare and may never do business with you again!! More

Then they just handed me the key and walked away, charging me $90. Turns out they never put a battery in the key. Once I got home I figured that out and got it fixed. Pretty sad. Doesn’t give me confidence in other things they do. More
