I actually went to this Dealer to look at a used Jeep Wrangler they had advertised, once I got to the Dealership I didn’t really like the way the used one was set up. Phil was great in showing the one I Wrangler they had advertised, once I got to the Dealership I didn’t really like the way the used one was set up. Phil was great in showing the one I came to see but when I didn’t like it he suggested we look at a new one they had in stock set up the way I wanted. I immediately got the sick feeling in my stomach we are all used to when we start discussing new vehicle purchase since we are so used to high pressure salesmen and all the junk that comes with it. I want to state very strongly Phil was not what I was used to; there was not a high pressure sales pitch. I was once again surprised with the whole process once I decided to buy. There was not all the number juggling usually associated with buying new that makes your head spin with numbers being moved everywhere with little explanation. I was given a straight price on my trade in; financing was explained straight forward and the numbers were very clear. I would and do highly recommend Phil and this Dealership. Not all the sickening sales pitches and Houdini number moving you have to be an Accountant to follow. I had a bad experience with another Go dealer on a vehicle purchase last year and was very skeptical with Go but this one was different. Thanks Phil for making this one less of a nightmare buy. More
First off, let me start by saying not all GO dealerships are the same. I went to the GO Jeep in Golden and got xxxx poor service. They tried to bait and switch me into buying a more expensive Cherokee becau are the same. I went to the GO Jeep in Golden and got xxxx poor service. They tried to bait and switch me into buying a more expensive Cherokee because they "traded out" the car I fell in love with, with a more expensive one with features I didn't even want. They didn't try to deal with me at all and expected me to pay full MSRP for a car. I'm a finance major, pulled out my calculator and told them what's up, and basically to kiss my a**. They said "you should look for a Jeep with a smaller engine because it's not going to be cheap if you want a V8." When I walked in the door at the SW location, I was absolutely blown away. It was a black and white difference from the other GO dealership I went to. Not only was the customer service amazing, the prices were reasonable, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. The car buying process was quick and easy, I didn't even have to haggle on a price that I wanted. I got my dream car, the V8 engine I wanted, and I paid LESS than the other dealership wanted me to pay for a V6. I can't say enough about this dealership. Thank you Phil and Tad, you honestly made this whole process worth it, and you made it fun. More

I purchased a new Dodge Ram and was very pleased and comfortable with the experience. Of course there were additional items at the time of purchase that I was informed about that could cost more money, comfortable with the experience. We drove the Truck out to Indiana and it rode very comfortably, it rides better than my Camry. The Truck Averaged 17.5 miles per gallon the 1,045 miles to Elkhart Indiana. We picked up a 5,500 lb tra comfortably, it rides better than my Camry. The Truck Averaged 17.5 miles per gallon the 1,045 miles to Elkhart Indiana. We picked up a 5,500 lb trailer and brought it back. The truck did about 13.5 miles per gallon, but we had a strong head wind most of the way. I sure liked the power, with the head wind and trailer behind the truck drove and handled like it did when it was empty. More
Fantastic service! We traded in our 2006 Explorer due to it being rear-wheel drive and it handled horribly in the snow. My husband actually got stuck in front of our house. Bill came out to our house and brought the truck we now own and drove the Explorer back to the dealership so we could test drive the new truck. All of our paperwork was ready when we got there. The entire dealership was friendly and made the trade in & buying process seamless. Our financing was easy we've already received our paperwork from the bank after only 2 weeks, as well they paid off our other vehicle in within 2 weeks. Any questions we have, Bill answers right away. We wish we would have bought our other wehicle from GO. If we need another vehicle we will defiantly be visiting GO again. More
The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We went there to pick up our old truck that was repairable but was too expensive for us to have the service dept. repair. As we went to pick up the old truck, we saw this 2010 Dodge truck sitting on the lot. John came over to us and asked if he could help us. My husband said no, because again we were not there to buy. John didn't pressure us at all which was nice. At this point I would like to mention that this service dept. is tops in our mind. this is not the first time we have used this department, our daughter has a jeep and we have both used this service department to repair the jeep and truck. They are dependable and always helpful beyond what other service departments usually are. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and actually call you to go over the repairs and explain what is wrong. After a few minutes, we went back to see John and asked about the truck. During the process of credit checks and other paper work, we met with the manager, financial person, and other employees, all of them were friendly and absolutely helpful. We were there for a few hours, and I realized I hadn't eaten, (I have diabetes and need to eat every few hours)my husband & I asked if we could leave to get something to eat and then return to finish the paperwork. John took me to the employee lunch area and told me to fill my plate. This food was brought in for the employees! They were so thoughtful and we so appreciated this. John gave us a decent price for our old, non working truck, and bought a part from us that my husband had ordered to try and repair the old truck. We left this dealership totally confident we had made a good choice in buying our truck, and happy with the entire experience. My husband & I would definetely recommend this dealership to any of our family and friends. More
