My husband works overseas and was not avaliable to assist in any of the car buying experience. This was the first time I was purchasing a nice car, and doing it on my own. I was terrified! I requested information from several dealerships located from the midwest to the west coast and in-between through the online search function. Bill was one of the only sale's members who responded to my email request quickly and with the personal touch of a phone call and email. Of those who did contact me, he was the ONLY one who asked specifically what I was looking for. I was grateful that he didn't just begin emailing me different cars (colours, makes, models etc) that you had in stock. ALL of the other dealerships kept sending useless emails and it drove me crazy! Bill was very helpful in that way! We found the car we were looking for at a different dealership, but I didn't like the sales woman. She was pushy and annoying! Bill was all things opposite which kept me interested in your dealership! One of the most intimidating parts of purchasing a car was actually going to the dealership. When I arrived the first of many times, All of the other staff members were very helpful and friendly. It took the scary out of the situation. If I had any questions Bill could not answer he immediately enlisted the help of his manager Tad. Tad was friendly, knowledgeable and authentic. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of at all! I cannot remember the finance guy's name, but he was also knowledgeable and nice. They all stayed well past closing to help me with my purchase. Each step of the entire experience was positive. I would highly recommend GO Chrysler Jeep Dodge Southwest to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Each time I have been into the dealership since purchasing I felt welcomed! Thank you for making my experience a positive one. I LOVE my Jeep and feel spoiled every time I drive! More

Test drive was easy. Sales was low-pressure, straight-forward, fast, and seemed fair & trustworthy. However, the wait for "closing" took over 1.5 hours. Closing itself took less than 15 minute straight-forward, fast, and seemed fair & trustworthy. However, the wait for "closing" took over 1.5 hours. Closing itself took less than 15 minutes. Also, the salesman promised a full tank of gas during the test drive, then sent me home with 1/3 tank and an apology. Sure, I bought a used 4WD truck, but for $10,000 they should have filled the tank. Overall, though, this one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. No hype, no manipulation, just real polite staff. More

Staff was friendly, not pushy. I visited two other dealerships and may have bought from them, but staff was so intent on "closing me" that I left without considering them any further. dealerships and may have bought from them, but staff was so intent on "closing me" that I left without considering them any further. I was not happy with the overall price of my vehicle but I decided to purchase it. The service was great, except I think the car needs new brakes. I decided to purchase it. The service was great, except I think the car needs new brakes. More

To start off, everything was going good, to the point I was comfortable with this dealer. They offered to deliver my truck to my work over 100 miles away due to a mechanical problem they said just popped u was comfortable with this dealer. They offered to deliver my truck to my work over 100 miles away due to a mechanical problem they said just popped up (even though the check engine light was on in the odometer photo on their website). The dealership was going to fix it the day after I bought it. While the salesmen was on his way to my work with my new purchase he called to advise me that he was close, he also stated that he was averaging 21 mpg. (I knew he was going down Vail Pass coasting, so I didn’t care) but yet I have not had the mpg’s that high…maybe I should try neutral and coast down. Whatever he’s a salesmen. After we traded trucks I was obviously planning to go over the truck with a fine tooth comb, what I found next I never would have expected…the passenger side front seatbelt was cut so bad that only about a ¼” of webbing was left to restrain a passenger. They did offer to fix it at no cost to me other than the four hour drive to Denver and back, I had them pay a dealer in Glenwood to fix it. Also during the whole seatbelt fiasco I also advised the salesmen that they failed to make sure that the owner’s manual was in the truck as it states in their 100 or so point check list… I wonder if seatbelts are on their check list??? Anyway it has been two months of phone calls and emails and still no owner’s manual. Oh ya it looks like a four year old painted the paint chips on the door and hood. More
I have given Bill this rating because he was very easy to work with and went out of his way to make sure every step of my purchase was taken care of.
