Typically don't deal with dealerships because of getting screwed in the past but this was a pleasant experience that surpassed my expectations. My husband and I did a lot of research when searching for a used vehicle to help lower our gas costs. We came upon a Saab 9-3 that really caught our eyes, at the Go-Chrylser, Dodge, Jeep Dealership in Littleton. We were a little hesitant about owning a Saab and we had a lot of questions. I had sent some e-mails back and forth to Phil, but when we showed up at the dealership, he was unavailable, so Gary helped us instead. Gary really took his time to show us the vehicle, test drive the car, and to look at other possible cars that may have been of interest to us. In the end, we decided to trade in my husband's Dodge Ram and purchase the Saab. My husband and I are on a very tight budget, as many people are right now, and Gary really bent over backwards to make the numbers right for us. We really appreciate all the work that went into our used car purchase and the time that everyone at the dealership spent with us, to make us feel comfortable about our purchase. We had a such a positive experience I would absolutely return to this dealership in the future and will go out of my way to recommend Gary and the whole crew at Go-Chrylser, Dodge, Jeep Southwest in Littleton. I have gone through a lot of financial turbulence in the last few years and so I was very worried about getting financed. In today's economy banks don't seem to like to take much risk so I was really concer last few years and so I was very worried about getting financed. In today's economy banks don't seem to like to take much risk so I was really concerned but also a bit embarrassed that my credit was such a mess. I really worked hard to build and establish my credit but a few years back I was out of work for 11 months and living with relatives. Eleven months of back payments plus all the current payments was too much to take on so I had to file a chapter 13. I put up a fight and tried to hang on but I just had to let go and start over. I approached Bill Squire on-line because I was a bit apprehensive about going to the dealership in person. I told him my situation and he treated me with dignity and respect and made a genuine and sincere effort to try and help me. He made the entire process very easy. Almost everything was done on-line so by the time I went in I had a final approval not just a pre approval. He had everything in order on his end so I just had to take my documentation in and I was able to drive off the lot after signing the contracts. I was pretty much in and out. I also got a great car at a really great price. I would recommend Bill Squire and the GO Team to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I also plan to buy my next vehicle from Bill. More
