Negative Experience with Autonation Southwest Extremely negative experience so far. Purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie on January 1, 2019. In April 2019 I noticed water coming in the back headliner and promptly scheduled service to have it fixed. The water left a stain of course and was told we are not sure detailing the stain out is covered by the ‘manufacturer ‘ so I made an issue of it. Later that day I was called and told the leak is fixed and the stains were removed. Fair enough I’m satisfied. One week later it rained and the leak was still there and the water stains were worse. Again made an appointment for repairs which took two days. When the leak was repaired again I went to pick up the vehicle and saw the stains were not cleaned. I walked back in and asked why the stains hadn’t been detailed out I was told that team was off but someone from the service department would call me to schedule another visit. Two days went by and no call. I called and left a message for one of the service representatives...no call back. The following day I called again and got a representative on the phone. That person tells me my case is being handled by another representative and they would find them. I was put on hold for about 30 minutes before I had to hang up for a work commitment. As of now I haven’t heard from anyone. This dealer treats customers (who spend a lot of money) as an inconvenience. I absolutely don’t recommend Autonation Southwest. More

A used 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude. I told her I wasn't going to buy it that day because a blizzard was coming in that night. I told her I'd buy it after the roads cleared up. She didn't pressure me. A few days later I went back to buy the car. She remembered me and the car. She bent over backwards to help me. The car had so many bells and whistles! She sat with me and showed me how everything worked. She took her time, she didn't hurry me and she didn't take me to the finance guy until I was comfortable with the car. More
Faulty transmission If I could give a zero I would. I bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty in July of 2018. They told me it completely passed inspection. Wrong. The top cap of the If I could give a zero I would. I bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty in July of 2018. They told me it completely passed inspection. Wrong. The top cap of the radiator is split and the coolant and transmission lines had holes in them that leaked a month after purchase. When I brought it in to be repaired I figured it would be covered under the “bumper to bumper” warranty they sold me. Wrong. They called me and tried to fleece me $1800 for the repairs. Keep in mind I only paid $5000 for the car... I took it to Firestone and it was a $500 fix. AutoNation had the audacity to tell me that I should have taken it to a mechanic after I bought it to certify it, and admitted it was most likely already damaged when they sold it. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. They are selling shotty cars and don’t give a FLIP about you have you drive off. More
Great effort and service from Nancy Luchetti and Mallory! I appreciate their flexibility and effort to make it happen! More
Does the right know what the left is doing? Got a great truck for a great price. However, living in PA and doing business remotely posed many problems. Given the time change, Autonation Southwes Got a great truck for a great price. However, living in PA and doing business remotely posed many problems. Given the time change, Autonation Southwest was awful with returning msgs. Trying to coordinate PA requirements with CO, no one at Autonation Southwest performed due diligence in trying to facilitate the process and declined to confer with a local notary as to PA's registration and title requirements. I needed the title and rec'd 3 separate answers from 3 different individuals at Autonation as to the physical location of the truck's title. I finally rec'd possession of required docs 4 days prior to expiration of temp tags. Without seeing the truck, I was required to sign a waiver of hail damage, which there clearly was. Even after procuring financing and putting a down payment on the truck, it took the transportation company an additional week to ship the truck. All total, entire process took over 26 days to take possession of my truck without paperwork to finalize PA registration and tags. In PA, buying a car transpires in 1 day. Dealership facilitates the paperwork. Not sure if this is the norm, but buying cars out of state is not reinventing the wheel. Jason Heermance was actually friendly and helpful but played a small part in executing the deal. More
Great car buying experience Chris Revere had great patients with my indecision. He took time to show me different vehicles and found a great fit for me. Said they would reimburse me for the extra cost of repairs since wheel studs had snapped off the hub. No responses from the GM nor Service Director. Very poor customer service. After using them for over 2 years, I will never be back. More

First the Sales Staff, Chris Revere an First let me say that I have never been treated better at a car dealership than I was at AutoNation Southwest. First the Sales Staff, Chris Revere and Riza Fadil, then by the sales manager Noah Montanye and then followed up by the Service Manager Steve Smith. I bought a used 2006 Dodge Charger at a reasonable price on a Wednesday, completed paper work on Thursday and the car was for all purposes then, mine. AutoNation offers a five day or 250 miles no questions asked money back return guarantee on their used cars. I took the car home and decided to get my own inspection of the car which turned up two problems with the car. I took it back on Friday and met with Chris and Noah to discuss my options. Turn the car back of have it repaired. It was my choice. I really liked the car and Noah asked me if the repairs were made would I keep the car and I said yes. Noah wrote out an IOU for the repairs and an extension on their return policy. I took the car in on Monday Morning and met with Steve over the repairs need. No where along the line was their any hesitation or disagreement on providing me the car I wanted and in a timely fashion. Can’t say enough about these guys and the policies at AutoNation Southwest. I think you will find the same in your car future. I want to point out that no one ask me to write a review and doing so was on my own accord. More

After stopping in a few stores, was put off by the typicla pushy sales and lack of listening. Tyler Sanchez was immediately warm and friendly and turned my bad luck around. The experience at Jeep Southwest was amazing. Tyler made it fun, listened to my needs and even found me a better deal than i realized. I found my guy for cars. More
New car buying experience great! Service Dept: TERRIBLE!!! Bought a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee! We got exactly what we wanted and the process was, in fact the most pleasant vehicle purchase process ever! With that Bought a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee! We got exactly what we wanted and the process was, in fact the most pleasant vehicle purchase process ever! With that said, a few days after we bought the vehicle we took our Liberty in for an oil change and a safety recall. (They wouldn't give us A fair amount for the trade in). A couple hours after I picked it up I noticed a metal grinding noise coming from what sounded like the drive shaft I just replaced.... the safety recall was an airbag module which was located near the area, the vehicle did not make the noise when I took it in for the oil and recall service. I called SKIP in service who I had been in contact with for a few days now (due to them losing the spare key for the 2017 Cherokee we just bought) to get a new key programmed. I was told skip would call me back he never did I left multiple voicemails for him explaining that there was a noise that wasn't there before they had the vehicle. This was a couple months ago today is July 30th and I still haven't heard a word back. Long story short a day or two after we got the vehicle back I started looking around to see what the issue was. Between the gearbox and the drive shaft was a snap on flashlight, the driveshaft had been rubbing up against the middle flashlight that the tech left behind!!! I did get about $150 flashlight out of it however I am appalled with the service department at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Southwest the thing that upsets me the most is they must have had a feeling that they messed something up and still have yet to contact me, not knowing it was as simple as the tech forgetting about his flashlight... I bet he's still looking for it 😂😂😂 Perhaps I need to call and talk to management? More
