Quite honestly, I walk from a sales associate who wants to "know what it will take to get the deal done today" and I rule out dealerships that hire them. Jim Duncan showed true integrity. I also appreciated the fact that Paul asked about and explained add-on services at the close but respected the word no. As a result, I purchased the service plan that Jim first mentioned to me. Had Paul argued for an extended warranty after I declined, I would have declined the maintenance policy on principle. There is one criticism I would forward to the dealer. No one likes to run a gauntlet of sales associates like the ones I saw roosting on your balcony. They politely left me alone when I mentioned that had established relationship with Jim. I think I literally sat at the table with Steve for like an hour before I decided I couldn't do it. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. After driving home to think it over for a day or two, I went back to purchase the Jeep. These guys were great. Steve had the patience to deal with me and Erik was really meeting all of my demands. My wife and I were helped by Paris Sediqi while we were looking for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Paris had a wealth of information about the Jeep. Although I did my homework about the Jeep online in advance, I still learned a lot more from Paris. After Paris answered all of our questions (and there were many), we decided we liked the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition. At no time during this learning process did we feel pushed into the "next step" of seeing the manager and "talking about the numbers" (as we did several times at other dealerships). Anyways, they did not have the exact car (color and engine type) we were originally looking for in-stock, but Greg (the manager) gave us an option to have one delivered from another dealership, or he said he would give us a great deal on the next higher model. I was skeptical at first because I thought this may be out of our budget, but Greg came back and gave us a price that we could not pass up. And to top it off... we got EQUAL value to our trade-in that I would have gotten if I decided to go through the hassle and sell it on my own!!! That was a HUGE BONUS that really caught me off guard. Yesterday I traded in my 2007 Chrysler 300 for the upgraded 2010 Chrysler 300 limited. Not only am I elated with my new car, but the deal I received and the trade in on my other 300 was amazing! The General Manager, Jim Rentschler, was extremely professional yet very personable and made my husband and I feel like we had known him for years. He had a wonderful staff working for him who spoke very highly of him and admired his hard work ethic. One of his associates, Wais Abassi joked that Mr. Rentschler had probably built the building we were sitting in! He said he loved working there and that was obvious by his attitude in dealing with us. Once again, we were made to feel like part of a family. In finance, Tiffany Huss made the process as painless as possible. The whole purchase from walking in the door to swapping my tires and getting a tuturial on my new car was quick, warm, friendly and felt nothing like the typical rushed, high pressure sales experience I've had at other dealerships.
