Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. They never called me back, I had to bend over backward to get a hold of anyone. They DID NOT provide activate “upfront pri Terrible customer service. They originally quoted me $500 and then he said that would cost 2,800 now instead of the $500 quoted. This was so much more than I expected to pay and was more than double what was quoted. I ended up getting a second opinion and asked if I could just pick my car up. When I went to pick it up they charged me 200$!!!!!!!!! For a “diagnosis”. This is the biggest scam. They literally held me car for 4 days and didn’t fix anything other than the recall. And charged me $200!!! My car looked untouched. This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop. Taking people money and doing nothing, setting false expectations, not giving actual price quoting, I was not treated like a valued customer and it felt like they didn’t care about my business. Terrible. More
