The scheduler this time was absolutely wonderful! She worked me in & had my vehicle diagnosed the first day! I wish I knew her name bec she saved my experience & opinion of this service department. I have used this dealership part a few times and I believe that the whole dealership process and customer service has completely changed. I have not been to a dealership in the last three years that r believe that the whole dealership process and customer service has completely changed. I have not been to a dealership in the last three years that really care about the customer anymore. I do find this dealership cares more than most but they have a lack of communication and a lack of knowledgeable technicians. I’ve had to wait three weeks for my vehicle to be worked on and had to return it again to complete the job correctly. More
