I had a 10 o’clock appointment for an oil change and recall replacement on a airbag. They didn’t take the truck to the shop till almost 11:30. After 5 hours I inquired about the progress on the truck and shortly after the truck was dropped by the express oil change. They were no vehicles in any of the bays, my truck sat for another half hour until I brought it to the service writer and promptly stop the tec. When my truck was finally ready I was told by the service writer that the recall repair wasn’t done because they didn’t have enough time. Obviously this was determined hours ago and my truck was forgotten until I asked about it’s status. I was very annoyed and disappointed that I could have been told this and I wouldn’t have wasted most of my Saturday. More

The dealership was quick and friendly however it took me over a couple of months to get my appointment and I could have got in earlier. I also didn’t know my service contact was expired for my free oil chan over a couple of months to get my appointment and I could have got in earlier.
