They had my Jeep for over three weeks because a part was back ordered.at the two week mark they knew the part had shipped but told me they couldn’t get any tracking information. I have a 2014 Jeep and the engine failed while I was traveling through Sacramento. I had it towed to Autonation Jeep in Roseville. Took in my vehicle for a squeaking noise for the second time. The first time they did not hear the squeak.
