AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Roseville

I had previously purchased 2 Jeeps at AutoNation Chrysler Roseville. Both were awesome machines, which I had zero problems with. I was looking to replace both and was talking to the dealer where I got them Roseville. Both were awesome machines, which I had zero problems with. It was such an adversarial, "me versus them" process, that I decided to drive up to Roseville, to see if I could get the same good deals that I previously gotten. I met with sales manager Yoseph Abouelwafa, He helped me computer build both vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and helped me order exactly what I needed and wanted. I was able to painlessly purchase one of the vehicles, a new Cherokee Trailhawk, as well as trade in my Grand Cherokee that same day. I also factory ordered a new Jeep Rubicon. Thanks to Yoseph's great customer service, I left feeling very positive and satisfied with my new car purchase experience. More

Although I had an appointment and dropped off my car at 8:15 fir rear brake job, it was not finished by end of day as planned. I had to make arrangements for transportation to work the following day. The dealership was wonderful. I came in to get an oil change and they ask me if I wanted to do the 20,000 mile service. So I did the full checkup it only took 2 hours. The service at this dealership is awful. They refuse to try and figure out why my car continues to have the same issues over and over. They just continually tell me I need to replace my batt They refuse to try and figure out why my car continues to have the same issues over and over. They just continually tell me I need to replace my battery. I’ve replaced 5 batteries in 3 years! They also do a terrible job at communicating with the customer. I would highly recommend using a different shop for your car issues and maintenance. More

We ended up with the car we wanted but the buying process took SEVERAL hours longer than promised even with outside financing lined up. Finance manager who corrected all the issues was competent. They did not mark up from MSRP, which in this market was appreciated. They were the only one with the vehicle we needed, otherwise I would have walked out. I would not buy at this location again if it could be avoided. More
