Took a half hour to be helped in the express lane, only after I went inside asking to be helped. But express lane is the only way you’re going to get in unless you plan months in advance to schedule an ap after I went inside asking to be helped. Got me in really fast last minute and didn’t take too long to complete the work. The only thing I would complain about is the cashier who licks her fingers and touches all over your paperwork. When I checked in with Brenda, there was no communication with me. I had to call her to find out what was going on. Then, Bryan straightened everything out. Vehicle was repaired correctly. Had to return with me. I had to call her to find out what was going on. Then, Bryan straightened everything out. Vehicle was repaired correctly. Had to return to get my $200/10 percent discount because even though I presented it on the first day, it was not included in the original charge. I had to return to get a refund. Mechanics are awesome. Took 5 days because of miscommunication. More
