Scheduled an appointment for 10am for an oil change and tire rotation. This service took 3 hrs and 7 minutes before I got my vehicle back. I called the service department and left a voice message before 6pm , but nobody reached back. The service advisor was great , but paying for a service and not getting it for the second time is just awful way to do business. More
