I was sent an email certifying to bring my Jeep for the steering damper recall. I even got a call from the dealership. It’s I brought my car to the dealership, the manager, Jesus Martinez totally ignored m steering damper recall. I even got a call from the dealership. One of his employees decided to address me and he was quick to distract her with some computer nonsense. Another customer came in and he was very attentive to the customer while I was still waiting for assistance. After spending 25 minutes in the service center, I learned that they did not have the parts available to fix May car. No apology or promise was offered. I simply had to get my keys and leave. More

Brought in my son's low mileage 2014 Wrangler for scheduled service and oil change. Timing, responsive and service were great but the prices were a little high - even for a dealership... They also 'offered' to provide an oil and fuel additive for the Jeep - but not too aggressively. The staff, Matt and Jesus specifically, were friendly and professional throughout the process.
