My wife took our 2009 Grand Cherokee for an oil change. Our third jeep in 5 years and one of three I still own. After a hard sell for other items that were not needed and and a 2.5 hour wait (40 minutes o Our third jeep in 5 years and one of three I still own. After a hard sell for other items that were not needed and and a 2.5 hour wait (40 minutes of that was just waiting for the car to be pulled around) my wife left very upset and swore she would never return again for anything. Don't send your wife in alone unless she knows about cars. More
