Im happy to say my experience at the dealership was actually pleasant. I was helped mainly by Matt Luetjen in regards to a faulty radio which needs to be replaced. He was attentive and knowledgeable even corresponding with my "uconnect" agent over the phone to insure all parties were on the same page and the replacement process seamless. The interaction with Matt and another young lady, who greeted me immediately as I came through the door, definitely evoked a high level of confidence in me as it pertains to coming back and doing business with this dealer! Terrible customer service, Took a fleet vehicle 3 days ago, service writer estimated that vehicle will be ready on 2. never received a call back, called several times no answer, 3rd time got an operator t ago, service writer estimated that vehicle will be ready on 2. never received a call back, called several times no answer, 3rd time got an operator that sated that instead of calling I should had asked for the email address of the service writer to ask for updates. Finally spoke to Shakira at the end of the day, she stated that she just received the paper work from the mechanic and she was about to submit it to fleet for approval, and after approval they will need to order parts and that will put the repair to next week. as of today fleet never received a request for approval, i had call the dealer and Shakira is nowhere to be found, After an hour service department stated that they are trying to sort this problem out and that I the service department manager Vero Jones will call me shortly, this was over 4 hours ago and I have not received a call. the worst part is that they do not call you and if you call it takes almost an hour to speak to a person that is not even the person assigned to your service order. If there's one thing I can always count on with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pembroke Pines Service Department is for them to waste my time. No matter what I need to have done to my car o AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pembroke Pines Service Department is for them to waste my time. No matter what I need to have done to my car or my wife's...they never fail in making the experience as horrendous as possible. From not calling you back to let you know that they need to keep your car for several days, to having the desk agents have a 10 minute conversation in front of you about their weekend while you wait with no one in front of you, they never seem to disappoint. In their most recent feat of reliably wasting my time, I received an email about a recall for my Durango, looked online for an available appointment, checked to make sure the part was in stock, which their system said it was, and showed up 20 minutes early on 4th of July weekend...only to be told, "oh, we don't have that part, and it'll be weeks before we can get it." Then why solicit me via email to come in right away you ask? Because wasting your time is what this service department is best at. Run don't walk to ANY other dealership for service. A 3-hour drive EACH WAY elsewhere would most certainly save you time. More
I took my car in for a flat and some noise it was making Mr. Lloyd at service who is the a pitta me of professionalism and on top of that just a nice and fun guy. My problem was resolved within the day Mr. Mr. Lloyd at service who is the a pitta me of professionalism and on top of that just a nice and fun guy. My problem was resolved within the day Mr. Lloyd kept me a breast of everything that was going on with text messages throughout the day and a phone call as a car was nearing being fixed. I really appreciate that level of service. I would highly recommend seeing Lloyd if you need service at AutoNation Dodge Pembroke Pines. More

I will not return to this location for service again. I own a Jeep 2018. We went to the location to report the radio was going bad. After several months waiting for the radio, I called for status and foun own a Jeep 2018. We went to the location to report the radio was going bad. This is in regards to their service department. Took my car in as the engine light came in and reported a leak. Well, they couldn’t find l a leak so they send me home. Ended up with a overheated engine. I car in as the engine light came in and reported a leak. Well, they couldn’t find l a leak so they send me home. Ended up with a overheated engine. I found the leak, thanks for nothing ! ! This service spertment has the worse communication ever. The service part manager we dealt with was Dennis and he never answers our calls, kept telling us that the car would be ready which I wasn’t ( well 2 weeks later) I am not complaining that is took 2 weeks. It was a big job and obviously they needed to order parts. I do complain of this Dennis person that promised the moon and did not call us back when the deadline was past. It’s all about communication, which in his case is poor!!! I added the antibacterial servies and so at pick up the washes the outside , not then inside I requested . Again this his poor communication to those service people. I am done with this deal shop. I will NOT recommend this dealership/ service department to anyone. People, go somewhere else if possible. Today I was very excited to pick up my vehicle which I dropped off three weeks ago after only owning it for two days. I decided I wouldn’t leave a review and would brush off my terrible experience at Auto dropped off three weeks ago after only owning it for two days. I decided I wouldn’t leave a review and would brush off my terrible experience at Autonation Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines. My service advisor was Shakira Ramos, she was helpful but unfortunately her hands seemed to be tied. She was often not in when I called. She gave me her phone number to contact her, after two weeks when I called service repeatedly and got no answer I sent her a text asking her to call me. I got this message “Free Msg: receiver 954******* unable to receive message – Message Blocking is Active”. At that point I called her number and it said the same message except that Call Blocking was active. I began calling to speak to Service again to no avail, eventually a nice lady named Veronica who said she was in the other building would take a message and email it to Josh. She also gave me Joshs’ direct line as I was asking to speak to a manager. Sadly, the direct number to Josh literally rang until the line disconnected. There was not even a voicemail option. Finally I got a hold of someone in service named Freddy. Freddy albeit quite rude and abbraisive, actually gave me something of an answer even though it turned out to be untrue. He guaranteed me, on his word, and the technicians’ word that my car would be done on ‘Monday’. After nearly three weeks I get an update I’m happy about. Monday comes around and I get my first update from Shakira since a week before (I have all of the dates and conversations documented) She proceeds to tell me my car will be done “Tuesday, tomorrow”. I reiterated to her I was promised by Freddy it would be today, and she told me more than likely that will not be possible. I said Okay and decided I’ll live with one more day, get my car and never deal with this place again. The following morning, I get a text from the number I was previously blocked on to come pick up my vehicle as it is finished and being sent to be washed. GREAT! I was just excited and happy to pick up my new vehicle that I only had for two days. I’ll pick it up and this will be over and everything will be great. WRONG. I have photos to show the passenger seat which has very nice leather seats now has a rip in in that was not there before. There was oil stains and handprints, on the seats, center console, and headrests. The inside panel on the passenger seat was not attached. The driver side door panel was loose and had foot prints on the door panel and black oil or dirt marks on the bottom of each of the front doors. I pointed this out to Shakira my service advisor who also took photos with her phone. She told me her manager Josh would contact me so that everything can be resolved. This was around 1:00 PM. I still have not heard back from Josh. I waited until 6:00 PM to call and ask to speak to Josh. Of course I had to call 6 times before anyone answered and the person that answered was Veronica in the other building. She forwarded me to Josh direct line where of course I sat and listened to the phone ringing for about 3 minutes before it simply hung up. Finally I messaged the sales messanger on Autonations website in effort to speak to a manager, any manager. Someone on the other end to my information and said “I’m sorry to hear that” regarding the situation. That was last night, here I am still waiting. I need my car detailed, and my leather seat replaced or repaired. I want to speak to a manager directly. Until this issue is resolved I will pursue it. I need help, assistance, and answers. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I WARN ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THE ABOVE IS NOT EVEN EVERY DETAIL EXCLUDING THE STORY BEHIND THE LOST $900 + PART, HOW MY KEY TOOK 15 MINUTES TO LOCATE WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR ETC. WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, EXPERIENCE. My friends and family can’t stop saying ‘WHAT A NIGHTMARE’. I wish it was, this was real and it happened and I don’t doubt it was the first time or the last time. This place needs serious changes in management. More
CERO STARS. This review is for the service department (advisor, manager, cashier, everyone) I’d give it a cero stars but minimum is one. I took my car there for a brake system repair. I left with no br (advisor, manager, cashier, everyone) I’d give it a cero stars but minimum is one. I took my car there for a brake system repair. I left with no brakes and no Star/Stop system working. Had to return literally with no brakes! They gave me a rented car for which I ended up paying part of it. Clear, easy communication with service rep or manager was impossible. Nobody was actually willing to help. Will never return to this dealership and actually I’m switching brands once my lease is over. More
