I wish I could rate my experience as good as I like the service advisors but this visit was far from being a good experience. Nobody called me about the status and I tried to reach by phone the advisor to service advisors but this visit was far from being a good experience. Nobody called me about the status and I tried to reach by phone the advisor to no avail. I had to drive back there only to see y vehicle up on the rack in another part of the dealership and when I went to service dept that were unable to tell me what was happening and the status and my advisor was nowhere to be found. Bottom line I had to leave and come back right before closing to sign the paperwork and paid. I got home and upon review of the paperwork realized I had been way overcharged for the service and the recall work which was the reason I brought the vehicle there in the first place was not performed with no reason given or explanation to me. I had to go back twice to get my refund for the overcharge which was just under $200 for work that was already covered and bill for a tire rotation when I had new tires which i bought myself installed. How does a company bill you to install new tires and also bill for a tire rotation? Ridiculous! There is a sign in front of each advisor with a name and number to call for any issues etc and I called that number three times finally leaving a message and never received any call back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will not use this dealership again. I will go to University Dodge Jeep Ram instead as they are privately owned and take pride in looking after their customers. More

I dropped my car off on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 because my vehicle was stalling while driving and wouldn't go past a certain speed. I didn't receive a phone call until November 16, 2021 to tell me what was my vehicle was stalling while driving and wouldn't go past a certain speed. I didn't receive a phone call until November 16, 2021 to tell me what was wrong. My 2018 Journey need a transmission. I have extended warranty on my vehicle to cover large repairs. They want to replace it with a transmission over the budget and replace hoses that aren't covered by the warranty and that technically don't need to be replaced just cleaned and attached back. I've been calling to no avail of getting anyone on the phone from the time they open until the time they close. This by far has been an extreme nightmare. As of today November 29, 2021, I still haven't heard from anyone. This has truly taken my confidence in this service department down to zero. More

The wait is always extremely long. I was the 3rd car to arrive, at 7:03am. I did t get out for a little over 2 hours, approximately 9:15 for an oil change! That is truly unacceptable. Very disappointed with the service received, starting with the booking that first was set to Monday Nov. 6 and arriving there the store was closed. Terrible customer service, showed up on time for 11am appointment and stood there for 15 mins, nobody asked can I help you. No call after 5 hours!
