Took my car in on Jan 3 2022 for an oil change and for them to check transmission because transmission jerks going into second gear. Of course they did not find anything,(which every dealer says if there them to check transmission because transmission jerks going into second gear. Of course they did not find anything,(which every dealer says if there isn't a code showing) but returned my car on Jan 27 2022. So it took them approximately 4 weeks to do nothing and tell me they couldn't find anything. Bad customer service! More
Horrible service at the service department. Made an appointment for 8:30am to check out engine light - code was for a malfunctioning oil pressure sensor. For my car, the standard time to complete the r appointment for 8:30am to check out engine light - code was for a malfunctioning oil pressure sensor. For my car, the standard time to complete the repair is 2 hours. Throw in another hour for diagnosis (which I already provided, but got to let them do their own)...a total of 3 hours. At the end of the 2nd day of not hearing from them, spent about an hour trying to get in touch with them...emails, texts, phone calls. Got hung up on 3 times, transfered to a voice mail that was full and not taking any more messages, and then waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I finally got the information at 6:30pm (they close at 7) that the repair was finished. Too late to get there and pick it up. This is the 3rd service there and each time it is something like this...work is good but the customer service aspect is horrible. At my work, if I treated customers or other people like this, I would be fired instantly. More
Not my first rodeo with Pines, certainly won't be my last. I'd rather spend a bit more on whatever's needed and have the 'o.e.m.' folks do it all. Not even sure if the automobile was serviced. Fluids were not filled (topped off) no paper lining or plastic lining (when someone services car) inside automobile. Car was not washed off. Just left with an un not filled (topped off) no paper lining or plastic lining (when someone services car) inside automobile. Car was not washed off. Just left with an untrustworthy feeling if they even looked at the car. They told me 3-4 hours time and they would call or text me to let me know automobile was ready. After about 5 hours I called and that’s when I was told the automobile was ready for pick up. I am going to take it to another Jeep dealer or someplace to have automobile double checked. More
I love the service advisors, all though I have a new vehicle I've come several times to the dealership. Beatrice and Matt have made it pleasant every time. I must admit the dealership needs more help in the back, it shouldn't take 9:30am until 4:30PM to replace two tires that were in stock. Once again your advisors are outstanding, but if you don't get more help in the back it want matter about the (A) team up front. More
I wish I could rate my experience as good as I like the service advisors but this visit was far from being a good experience. Nobody called me about the status and I tried to reach by phone the advisor to service advisors but this visit was far from being a good experience. Nobody called me about the status and I tried to reach by phone the advisor to no avail. I had to drive back there only to see y vehicle up on the rack in another part of the dealership and when I went to service dept that were unable to tell me what was happening and the status and my advisor was nowhere to be found. Bottom line I had to leave and come back right before closing to sign the paperwork and paid. I got home and upon review of the paperwork realized I had been way overcharged for the service and the recall work which was the reason I brought the vehicle there in the first place was not performed with no reason given or explanation to me. I had to go back twice to get my refund for the overcharge which was just under $200 for work that was already covered and bill for a tire rotation when I had new tires which i bought myself installed. How does a company bill you to install new tires and also bill for a tire rotation? Ridiculous! There is a sign in front of each advisor with a name and number to call for any issues etc and I called that number three times finally leaving a message and never received any call back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will not use this dealership again. I will go to University Dodge Jeep Ram instead as they are privately owned and take pride in looking after their customers. More
