So I brought the car in so the rear seat could be fixed, I had a vacation on the weekend that he asked me to bring my car in, but I wanted ti get the car fixed. I brought the truck to be fixed and Matt had told me it would be fixed in 2-3 days, so I rented a car for those 3 days (since Autonation is not lending lowners). On the 3rd day I go to get my car and it has not been fixed, Matt had ordered me the wrong part and I have been waiting since September for this part. Matt tells me he’s going to reorder the part for me and it should take a week to be delivered to the dealer this was on the weekend of March 17th and today is May 6 and I still have not heard from Matt. If you are scheduled at 8am in the morning, why does it take 3.5 hours to do? If you are short staffed, then plan appropriately so customer does not need to wait more Thant they need to. These are one of the reasons customers rather go to other quick service shops in the area. And yet, I still take my vehicle to the dealer and pay more. No matter how you break it down, and oil change is an oil change and tire rotation is a tire rotation. Anybody can do as I have for 40 years. Jut now rather someone else do it More
