My service guy was great! I came in for an air suspension system issue. He was very upfront with me & let me know that it’s been difficult to get some parts. The experience was difficult and frustrating. The lack of communication by the entire staff, particularly throughout the various delays with parts was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Eventually I needed to physically visit the service center in order to speak with someone due to the unreturned calls and poor follow up. Fortunately Daryl was willing to sit with me and help me to resolve the issue. He personally ensured communication from that point forward and assisted with furthering the completion. Daryl was great! I absolutely could not recommend anyone here. More

The WORST customer service! Sales staff indifferent. Service dept doesn’t answer any of the service numbers (they want customers to do everything online). the worst service was for an oil change at 8 am and they told me that it would be ready at 12 pm it was 2 in the afternoon I had not received a call about the car so I sent a message and they never answered told me that it would be ready at 12 pm it was 2 in the afternoon I had not received a call about the car so I sent a message and they never answered it so I called at 4 pm and they said that they were working until now, no Davian, what time would I be there, so I went at 4:30 pm and the rude man said that he was coming for lunch (when he has 2 hours off, he never answered) The worst thing was that he informed me that it wasn't ready yet, that I had to wait another hour because they had only changed the oil but not the rocking, so I removed the car without doing the rocking. I don't understand how long it takes to change the oil!! and this is not the first time it has happened to me, I never recommend going with you!! It is always the same and the worst is the bad treatment of the employees. More
The Service Department was overwhelmed by customers waiting. I brought in my jeep for a battery replacement. It took 15 days for them to even look at it let alone replace the battery. Excuses like short on Technicians, staff etc... is unacceptable. They need to elevate this to corporate if that is the case or shut down the service department. They could not provide me with a Loaner vehicle like in other dealers, so a rental vehicle at personal expense became expensive. I will not go back to this dealer and recommend against it. As a Disabled Veteran it was a tremendous inconvenience to me and felt poorly treated. More
