My truck was dropped off to the dealership by. A Toe truck and within an hour Jesus call me to find out what was the problem . The following morning he told me the problem they found and the evening I was told the truck was ready . When I went to pick up the truck the customer service was very good which I did not expect because I was dirty coming from work and most times people look down on you when u are not looking like that white collar person. Jesus dealt with me like just another customer which I appreciated. Thanks for the good service and keep it up . I will recommend this dealership to all my friends More
Came here for the first and last time. Disorganized. Made an appointment for an oil change, and tire rotation. Upon arrival, I was told that appointments are to speak with an advisor and a Disorganized. Made an appointment for an oil change, and tire rotation. Well, an appointment doesn't guarantee any time slot for service and is obsolete. They told me specifically to not make a future appointment and to show up whenever I want. 2 hours later they finished the job and parked my truck. after waiting 30 minutes I asked if my truck was done and they checked and said yes. During my 3 hours, yes 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, I witness 6 different disgruntled customers. One had her air pods stolen from her center console (why they went in her center console is unknown) and her "find my phone app" showed they were somewhere in the shop. They would not allow her to check and told her simply, that we are not responsible for stolen items. Dishonest service, and unorganized. More
Took my Cherokee to this dealership for a sunroof leak. When I pulled in the electric parking brake froze. They had the car 3 weeks. Fixed the leak without calling to let me know the price. Said they were waiting on a part for the parking brake. When they called to say the car was ready (after 3 weeks) they said they could not find anything wrong with the parking brake. Why did they order a part? I left the dealership and the indicator light went on to service the parking brake. I took my car to my mechanic and they immediately found the problem with the parking brake and repaired it. And good luck calling to speak to someone. On hold forever or you get a voice mailbox. More
I went for maintenance and repair. I was told that my extended warranty could not be used to cover the repair. Don't make the same mistake I did, always call and check with your extended warranty. Then I got my car back with issues. They damaged my car and made it look it was me. What a mess! I am still working on getting the damages repaired. Be alert and careful with these people. Take pictures if you have to. More

Después por fin hicieron el diagnóstico y me dieron un carro rentado que traje por casi 10 días que era el tiempo en que me iban a tener mi carro listo. Cuando fui a recoger mi carro resulta que el problema de la puerta no lo habían arreglado, abrí la puerta y ya no la podía cerrar, cuando regreso a reclamar resulta que los mecánicos “arreglaron la puerta que si servía y no la que no servía. Ahora tengo que esperar 30 días más hasta que les llegue la pieza que se necesita para la puerta. Si tienen mucho trabajo porque no contratan más personal? Contraten personal calificado que si sepan lo que hacen. Tardaron mucho tiempo en entregar un carro que al final no arreglaron bien, hay muchas quejas de ustedes en las opiniones en google. Tienen que mejorar la calidad y trabajo. No contestan ningún teléfono.
