I arrived and immediately greeted by Maria who gave me a service tag with a number and asked for my key. She then showed me the way to the office. Leasing this vehicle was a great experience. However, I had an awful experience getting my oil change service that was included in my lease. I was given an appointment on July 4th and when I sho However, I had an awful experience getting my oil change service that was included in my lease. I was given an appointment on July 4th and when I showed up, you were closed. If you were closed, why did you book the appointment. Then I booked another appointment the following day at 4pm. When I called to confirm, they said they don’t do oil changes after 3pm. Once again, why would you book the appointment then? It even had in the description as oil change on the appointment. When they told me this over the phone they said I could just come in and it would take about an hour. When I got there, I received horrible customer service from a service advisor with a beard which I believe his name was John T. He told me an appointment means nothing other than speaking with an advisor and it was going to take at least 3 and a half hours. I had to speak to a manager from the sale’s department who I spoke to the day prior when they were closed to get him to help me. It still took an hour and 45 minutes and they didn’t notify me the vehicle was ready. I was waited in the cafeteria and noticed it was done and asked if I could get my car. They said yeah and then realized they lost my keys. After 20 minutes, they realized the mechanic still had it in his pocket. It was an awful experience and I hope you don’t treat any customer like this again. More
