Service technician was not very pleasant. Accused me of tampering with my on/off switch, because as he said "that part never breaks". When they determined that the on/off switch was broken and needed to be replaced, I had to pay for the replacement and it wasn't covered by the warranty. More

Though provided with the comforts of security, I can see why patrons utilize alternative means such as secondary maintenance centers to service their vehicles, to avoid the hassles, inconvenience and discomforts associated with mainstream dealerships.
