I've visited AutoNation Pembroke Pines on several occasions for recall service and unscheduled maintenance. Service technician was not very pleasant. Accused me of tampering with my on/off switch, because as he said "that part never breaks". When they determined that the on/off switch was broken and needed to be replaced, I had to pay for the replacement and it wasn't covered by the warranty. More
