Service technician was not very pleasant. Accused me of tampering with my on/off switch, because as he said "that part never breaks". Parts department suggested maybe that it might be the a Accused me of tampering with my on/off switch, because as he said "that part never breaks". Parts department suggested maybe that it might be the auxillary battery, and the service technician said to tell the parts department stick to his job and he will advise about service. He was rude. When they determined that the on/off switch was broken and needed to be replaced, I had to pay for the replacement and it wasn't covered by the warranty. More

Car was there for 5 days to do a diagnostic I had to call to see what was wrong which I already knew then had to track down service advisor to let Me know when my car was ready. If you need your vehicle serviced, by all means, take it to the dealership as they have first rate technicians. Though I am aware of supply chain issues, I was disappointed with the fact that I wasn't kept to the dealership as they have first rate technicians. Though I am aware of supply chain issues, I was disappointed with the fact that I wasn't kept abreast of my vehicle's status by my service advisor until I initiated the telephone call(s). Additionally, I was unable to utilize all the coupons provided to me from the dealership's website (Mopar related) to receive additional discounts for the services rendered. Though provided with the comforts of security, I can see why patrons utilize alternative means such as secondary maintenance centers to service their vehicles, to avoid the hassles, inconvenience and discomforts associated with mainstream dealerships.
