I made an appointment to drop my truck off and when I got there they told me it would be 4-5 days before they could look at it. Why make an appointment just to have a truck sit in your lot? If they told me there they told me it would be 4-5 days before they could look at it. Why make an appointment just to have a truck sit in your lot? If they told me this when I made the appointment it would be ok but now I rented a car and planned my day around dropping my truck off. Poor Customer Service I won't be back! More

Must say, this dealership has improved. Speedy check-in, and attended to immediately. Only issues were: Asked for my tires to be rotated but they were not. Needless to say, from previous times, it is a huge improvement. Loved the friendliness of everyone there. The atmosphere has changed a great deal. More

On Nov/20th/2023 I dropped my Jeep Cherokee 2020 to this service department and This manager, Alberto in service is stringing me along with lies . He told me three times in one week that my vehicle will be service department and This manager, Alberto in service is stringing me along with lies . He told me three times in one week that my vehicle will be diagnosed while is in holding in there service department and still no diagnostic yet.. it’s going on two weeks and im being charged for a rental out of my own pocket because this particular dealer doesn’t provide loaner vehicle even tho I have purchased there platinum vehicle coverage package I’m highly upset and dissatisfied.. AutoNation is a very clean facility. The employees are friendly and ready to serve. I love that they keep to their promise of when you can expect your vehicle.
