Matthew was great, no appointment was set beforehand and he took care of me right away. Told me wait would be about and hour and took less than that. he took care of me right away. Told me wait would be about and hour and took less than that. More
Had the worst experience and service with a business in my life. Our vehicle stayed with them for close to 3 months for what we thought was a minor repair and the work was never done. We actually spent ove my life. Our vehicle stayed with them for close to 3 months for what we thought was a minor repair and the work was never done. We actually spent over $900 on other repairs they said we needed. When we bought it in for a safety issue with the lights. We could never get anyone on the phone without a 1 to 2 hour wait. We were communicating by text message which was hit and miss. Spoke to General Management once with no resolution. Was given false promise of repair date repeatedly as they were waiting for parts. We had to spend over $1200 on a rental car. More

The Start/Stop on my 2020 Compass stopped working, citing “not ready, battery charging”. I called Autonation Jeep (Pembroke Pines) to request an appointment to bring the car in about a week prior to the agre “not ready, battery charging”. I called Autonation Jeep (Pembroke Pines) to request an appointment to bring the car in about a week prior to the agreed upon date and time. I explained the problem to the service agent on the phone, and discussed that it was likely the auxiliary battery (since this is a common problem with the model). I also explained that I’m a single parent/ 1 car household, and that I’d be waiting for the car and taking off work. I specifically asked if this would be a problem, based on the likely nature of the job that needed to be done (checking the battery power and a potential change of battery). I was told if I came in on September 12, they could get me “in and out”. I arrived at 0800 on the appointment day, and waited in line for 20 minutes, just to write my name down amongst all the walk-ins. When it was finally my turn, I told my assigned service rep that I had an appointment and rehashed what the problem is with the car. I was then told to have a seat… 4 hours went by. I went to see if I could get a glimpse of my car’s state in the garage, and realized it was still in the lot. The assigned service agent was annoyed when I approached him. He told me that the appointment I made was only to “speak with a service member”, not have the service completed… Never in my 40+ years of life have I heard something so utterly ridiculous. I reiterated the appointment I made with his co-worker and what I was promised by him, as well as the fact that I needed to pick kids up in a matter of hours. I was then told that this service could take 3-4 days, and there was no loaner system (with few exceptions). 3-4 days.., for a battery. Upon asking a different service rep if this was common “service”, and explaining my situation, she agreed that a battery should be able to be switched out rather quickly. (This really annoyed the 1st guy). When the car ultimately made it into the garage, the “test” took another several hours, adding to the absurdity. Low and behold, the Auxiliary Battery bombed the test, and they determined I needed a new one.. this was around hour 6. It was nearly another 2 hours to actually change it. And, after all of that… the START/ STOP STILL DOES NOT WORK! There are no words to describe the ineptitude of everything from the call takers, the red shirts, and the laziness that goes on in the garage. To add to the lousiest service in history, the conditions of the waiting area are dirty and HOT, the bathroom was filthy, they ran out of WATER, and the television which featured infomercials and cheesy game shows was so loud it was maddening. Absolutely horrible experience, and the car still isn’t fixed. I swear, they don’t want people to bring in their under warrantee vehicles. The deplorable service is a great way to steer folks away for good. More
