Beatriz Perez was my Service Manager She was great! She was very friendly and kept me updated on the status of my Jeep throughout the process. They cleaned my vehicle thoroughly before they returned it She was very friendly and kept me updated on the status of my Jeep throughout the process. They cleaned my vehicle thoroughly before they returned it to me. This was my first time at this dealership and I'll be back. More
I haven’t always had the best experience here but this time the staff made a good effort to take care of me. I went to the service area to repair a leak coming from the top of my wrangler. Although I wasn time the staff made a good effort to take care of me. I went to the service area to repair a leak coming from the top of my wrangler. Although I wasn’t Jesus’ client he talked me through the process & was very friendly & honest. When I came back to do the repair Travis Henry handled everything from beginning to end & was outstanding. I was not his original client either but he had no problem stepping in & he made the process smooth & efficient. More
Received a safety recall notice in the mail, made an online appt for early Saturday morning. Arrived, waited about 15 mins until Service Advisor called my name, advisor said they couldn't do the recall online appt for early Saturday morning. Arrived, waited about 15 mins until Service Advisor called my name, advisor said they couldn't do the recall work until later in the day until when the technician comes in later. He didn't want me to wait so he said I should reschedule, walked me to the counter to discuss with the front desk to reschedule, was advised that I should reschedule on a weekday M-F but 10am or after. Even though the recall letter said 1hr repair, advisor said it will take at least 2 hours. Got the reschedule confirmation, had wrong day & time and incorrect info listed. I was able to manually edit it when I got home. Came back again the following week on the rescheduled appointment, different advisor said I will need to drop my vehicle off possibly overnight but couldn't get me a timeline. Couldn't address why I had an appointment, just said cars are lined up to get into the service bay and the techs will get to my vehicle when they can. Advised it will most likely be overnight, couldn't give me additional details if it goes longer or what time timeline would be if it is not done today or tomorrow. Advisor said he will push to get it done today. Was able to set me up with a rental car, said I should get a text from him later, said it could take him hours or the next day for him to respond if I text back because he is very busy. Got ride to Enterprise to get my rental and I went home. 6 hours later I text, said my vehicle has not been seen, will most likely be overnight. Could not give me a timeline for the next day said since it will go into a weekend, I should've booked the appointment in the middle of the week, I advised the first service advisor never advised that and he was the one to help me reschedule. Advisor could not give me specifics on rental for extending it another day or not, said they could not extend more than another day, I advised he is in control of the rental time as he is the service advisor on how long the repair will take, but at same time could not give me a timeframe. Over 24 hours later from my appointment my vehicle is completed. Glad the repairs got completed but it is a frustrating process. Not sure what the point of an appointment is, on the appointment confirmation, it shows what kind of service I am coming in for so they clearly know what it is. Good luck here! More
