I took my car to have service done for a message I was getting.. after no communication for 4 days I called to check on it.. they still had not looked at the car.. they ended up keeping my car for 9 days getting.. after no communication for 4 days I called to check on it.. they still had not looked at the car.. they ended up keeping my car for 9 days all for them to say nothing was found. I picked the car up as the same day I got a new message on my dash with a new issue. Now the service manager won’t call me back they don’t want to assist with a loaner. They want me to just take the car back and stay without a vehicle. Apparently they do this quite often as I have read on other reviews. Please take your car to another dealership for service! More

Visited Auto Nation on 8/7. Service Agent Tomas was excellent... Physically showed me some problems with my Jeep and made sure I could get repairs done timely due to plans lat Service Agent Tomas was excellent...
