I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was at the dealership for 3 hours waiting for the oil change. They gave me a ride to a near by restaurant and I ended up walking back. I rotation. I was at the dealership for 3 hours waiting for the oil change. They alway have done good service but I wouldn't be using them anymore due to the crazy wait times More

good place to buy a ram but stay away from their service department like they have the plague. Your apointment isn't to actually get your work done. it's just to talk to a service tech. then they'll keep yo department like they have the plague. Your apointment isn't to actually get your work done. it's just to talk to a service tech. then they'll keep your vehicle for 3-4 days before they even look at it. At which point you get to hope the even have the parts in stock to fix it. And did i mention they DON'T HAVE ANY LOANERS! and to top it all off they say they'll wash your vehicle before they give back to you. Don't count on that happening either. More

The service experience is always great to me, and the advisors are always awesome. I had been taken home by the shuttle which was great but just getting back to my car was a hassle with the shuttle.
