Very dissapointing. ... Found a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak on Monday. Called Auto Nation and set up an appointment for a replacement tire for Wed. 8:3 ... Found a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak on Monday. Called Auto Nation and set up an appointment for a replacement tire for Wed. 8:30 AM. Tire was under warranty. Arrived early and was told it would be a 90 minute wait to replace the tire since folks were ahead of me. What's the point in making an appointment if you are not reserved that time slot? After a 70 minute wait I was informed they didn't have the tire. One would be delivered around 3 PM. They had two day notice to get the tire..... Had to return the next day for the repair More

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was at the dealership for 3 hours waiting for the oil change. They gave me a ride to a near by restaurant and I ended up walking back. I rotation. I was at the dealership for 3 hours waiting for the oil change. good place to buy a ram but stay away from their service department like they have the plague. Your apointment isn't to actually get your work done. it's just to talk to a service tech. then they'll keep yo department like they have the plague. At which point you get to hope the even have the parts in stock to fix it. And did i mention they DON'T HAVE ANY LOANERS! and to top it all off they say they'll wash your vehicle before they give back to you. Don't count on that happening either. More
