I scheduled my truck for an oil change, tire rotation, and two recall services. I dropped the truck off the evening before my scheduled appointment the next morning. My advisor asked if I'd be picking it and two recall services. I dropped the truck off the evening before my scheduled appointment the next morning. My advisor asked if I'd be picking it up at the same time the next day and I said yes, but could get it earlier if ready. I didn't hear anything the next day at all. I called first thing the next morning and my advisor said he'd check with the tech when he came in and call me back. I never heard from him again that day. I left him a message at the end of that day and called again first thing the next morning. I spoke with someone else and told them my truck had been there for two full days and they seemed surprised. They assured me that it would be ready by noon. Shortly thereafter I received the video from the tech followed shortly by my advisor letting me know my truck was ready. I asked if it was forgotten for the last two days and he said no, they were just that busy. I find that hard to believe because once I finally got to speak to someone, it was done within a couple of hours. When my wife arrived to pick up the truck, no one greeted her and there were multiple people standing around. She finally had to ask someone if they could help her. Overall, not a good experience with this dealership. More

Very dissapointing. ... Found a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak on Monday. Called Auto Nation and set up an appointment for a replacement tire for Wed. 8:3 ... Arrived early and was told it would be a 90 minute wait to replace the tire since folks were ahead of me. What's the point in making an appointment if you are not reserved that time slot? After a 70 minute wait I was informed they didn't have the tire. One would be delivered around 3 PM. They had two day notice to get the tire..... Had to return the next day for the repair More
