My Jeep had a recall notice. I had to make an appointment with a specific service representative who had no idea why I was there and then immediately went about finding other things to fix at my appointment with a specific service representative who had no idea why I was there and then immediately went about finding other things to fix at my cost. I approved a tire rotation and was told the servicing would take about 90 minutes. I returned 90 minutes later to discover the car had not been worked on because the "tool was down." No one called me ahead of time to reschedule and even the tire rotation wasn't done. From a strict customer service persective, this experience was an absolute zero across the board. More
My comments are for the service department. Great service team. Shuttle option is a plus for the customer who can't sit around and wait. I love the mechanics. They are spot on. I called my service advisor several times(NO ANSWER)Anthony Johnson. I texted him, he finally answered my text. The car had been ready. Very poor communication. Picked up my car, the auto window button was broken off on the drivers side window. I texted Anthony Johnson, he said, they wear out the plastic gets brittle, l told him, I know it, but it was’n broken when I brought it in. I found the button under the front seat, someone threw it under there after breaking it off. I did get it put back on. I didn’t mind that it was broken, the case is that “ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS LET ME KNOW THAT IT HAD BEEN BROKEN OFF. More
Took 2019 Ram 1500 Limited P/U in for auto sense wipers for wiping when no rain present. After 2nd service and 12 days in shop combined they said they were operating correctly and would wipe sometimes wit for wiping when no rain present. Said they could do no more for me and I could take to another shop if I did not like there response. Why did they let me bring vehicle in for service if operating correctly? Went to sales department and sat in a new truck with option and it did not wipe with no rain and sales rep said that was not correct. Took to another dealership and they fixed within an hour. The sensor had become dislodged from the windshield and even waving your hand in front of it was setting it off. More

Service Department I sat in the lane to be helped for 30 minutes, no one ever came to help, greet, or even to say I'll be with you in a minute. All I needed was my license plates put on. I ended up leaving and going next door to the Hyundai dealers service department. They helped immediately. This is the second time I have tried to get help from Autonation Dodge service department and both times they have left me just sitting there so I know now not to go back. More

Air flow eventually completely stops inside my vehicle because my evaporator is completely freezing up. No brainer... Dealer says it's too humid outside and kept my car for 4 days for nothing. My vehicle was washed when I dropped it off, and returned to me very, very dirty. No service bulletins were checked, nothing else was even looked at. Vehicle was returned to me without a fix. Going to work the next morning, I had the a/c turned off and vents blew air conditioned air all the way to work again. Guess I have to try another Jeep Dealer! More

READ THE PAST REVIEWS!! Don't let these guys fool you with stories about the old Allen Samuels Dodge and how they had a big mess to clean up when Autonation took over. It is just as bad if not worse. Repairs take weeks rather than days, staff does not communicate, and in general, these people really do not care about customer retention or satisfaction. Suggest you drive a bit further down the road and find a dealer that wants to please customers. More
