I visited the AutoNation service center for an ignition issue. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite my insistence that the problem wasn't related to the battery, they kept insistin issue. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite my insistence that the problem wasn't related to the battery, they kept insisting that it was and never provided any concrete test results to support their claims. They even refused to proceed unless I changed the batteries. Even after following their advice and changing the batteries, the problem persisted. What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsiveness from the service manager and the head manager, who did not return my calls. I regret to say that based on my experience, I strongly advise against taking your Jeep to this dealership. I am at another dealership and I'm currently awaiting a diagnostic assessment. Where they stated Iv should have been given a print out for battery testing to prove I need battery replacement. Also they stated had nothing to do with batteries. More then disappointed with auto nation I feel lied too More
routine service visit took > 2 hrs. Every person was nice and tried to be helpful but not very organized. No one @ entry had to go into service desk and ask for assistance. Upon completion service rep had difficulty finding my invoice, once found and completed he was unable to provide a copy for my records or tell me where my vehicle was except the general are it might be in. When I located the vehicle there was no window sticker and the system had not been reset. that issue was resolved, after another visit to the service area, where I was still unable to acquire a copy of my invoice but was told could e mail it which I have yet to receive. The window sticker was sloppily handwritten with only milage without removing the old sticker. The video review is GREAT.! everyone very nice but the system seems to need some refinement. will most likely give it another chance as my experience was much better than the closer dealership to my home. More

Anthony was super helpful in getting our car serviced. It was our first time to come in and we enjoyed receiving the video tour of the underneath of our car and learning what needed to be serviced. Their communication was great and we will be back. Also, they did a great job with figuring out what warranties we had, and made the whole situation seamless and easy. More
