Called twice to make an Appointment and got nowhere with that. Went to set an appt in person and was told there was noone in line so I could go ahead and get it done. An hr later they still hadn't even pull that. Went to set an appt in person and was told there was noone in line so I could go ahead and get it done. An hr later they still hadn't even pulled my car in. Once they did it was easily 45 minutes before it was done. Then the service advisor had left so I had no idea who to pay and get my keys from. All in all not the best experience. More
Buying the car process is good just getting service done to my vehicle is bad nearly took about 2-3 hours for an oil change never got an update or anything. I started using AutoNation dealership even before AutoNation took over the dealership from Allen Samuel. They have always treated me well and offered sound advice. We purchased a Chrysler and our cur AutoNation took over the dealership from Allen Samuel. They have always treated me well and offered sound advice. I have been going to this dealership since I purchased my 2020 Ram. I have been extremely happy with the competence and level of service and normally would not hesitate to recommend them. I realize there are issues supposedly due to Covid however I was less than happy on my last visit. I took my Ram in for a leaky exhaust manifold, tire rotation, balance and state inspection. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday. No status was ever given so I went to the dealer on Thursday. Couldn't reach service advisor via phone. Tried other service advisors but was again unsuccessful. Vehicle had not been seen. Checked on Monday and a manifold was ordered that should arrive on the 15th. No status was given I had to go to the dealership and chase down another service advisor for status. Even though the vehicle had been there a week the other items were not completed. No oil change, no tire rotation, no state inspection. I am returning on the 15th for the manifold but sadly I guess all the other items will have to be done elsewhere. Normally this dealership is great. Possibly that have staffing issues because I didn't see but 3 service advisors on site. Normally there are more. I plan on meeting with the service manager when I return to discuss this with him/her. I really want this dealer to be great, I want to do business with them. I want to be confident that when I drop off my vehicle the work will be done timely or a status will be given. I realize there are supposedly supply chain issues and parts are difficult to get but I can't believe you need parts for an oil change, tire rotation and balance and state inspection. A week in the shop and nothing resolved and no status given except when I went there in person is not what I am accustomed to at this dealer. I would welcome an explanation More
