I took my jeep in for an oil change and to look at a possible loose bracket. The service agent was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He told me the car would be ready in about 1 and 1/2 hrs. Pretty disappointed that I’ve had service issues that didn’t go well at this place. With three out of my eight 2017 & 2018 Promaster 2500’s have had engine cooling fan failures & intermittent issues that didn’t go well at this place. With three out of my eight 2017 & 2018 Promaster 2500’s have had engine cooling fan failures & intermittent issues that should have been covered under the blanket recall recently. One required a new engine out of warranty for $10,600 another one was the cooling fan module that cost $785. The most recent one was pre diagnosed with the code involving the recall but was currently running ok. They had the vehicle for a week & a half only to say it had a blown fuse $150. More

Absolute worst auto service experience in my life. rivalled only by the last time i took my car there for service. i should have known when the customer behind me said he was there to either find out rivalled only by the last time i took my car there for service. i should have known when the customer behind me said he was there to either find out what was going on with his car or he was simply going to pick it up and take it someplace else. i dropped my car off Monday morning, by appointment at 10:45 am for a freon check/compressor check. on Tuesday late afternoon i asked whether they had diagnosed my car yet. the service advisor said no, but that the tech promised it would be done on wednesday. wednesday? nothing. no call or text. no response to my calls or texts. thursday, more of the same. friday i called and texted saying i would be by to pick up my car by noon if i hadn't heard from them. and that included if i did finally hear from them if they said they diagnosed it but would have to order a part. sure enough. they called to tell me i needed a compressor, but they would have to order a part. i picked up my car and took it elsewhere. i will never go back to that dealership. i only gave it one star because a star was required. this dealership deserves zero stars. More
