I was told by service manager that if I got my vehicle in that day they could diagnose a check engine light that day or the following. Upon arrival, manager told me he didn’t know who I spoke too but it will that day they could diagnose a check engine light that day or the following. Upon arrival, manager told me he didn’t know who I spoke too but it will be a minimum 5 days (vehicle must remain) before they could take a look. When he questioned who I talked too, I did not know so I called the same number on my call log. Best part was that his specific phone rang. The icing on the cake was this was Wednesday (2/1/23) first day of ice storm and he was the only manager on site. I found someone to meet me up there driving on iced roads for nothing. On average, I buy a vehicle once a year for my business and will never go to this dealership again even if they are the closest to my business. More
Service was fine. However, dealership requires you to drop off your vehicle for an inordinate amount of time before even assessing issues with the vehicle. They asked me to leave my truck for 5-7 business days when they were not going to look at my truck during that time. I am not sure why, they can't just tell me when they are ready to look at my truck and I will bring it up there? Keylan was fine to work with and had no issues with the work done. I’ve been shopping at this dealership for several years now I like the selection of inventory and the sales staff. But I haven’t had very good luck with the service department. Oil changes are difficult now I like the selection of inventory and the sales staff. But I haven’t had very good luck with the service department. Oil changes are difficult to have done and the fact that they did away with loaner vehicles is another issue also. How can a dealership that sells hundreds of vehicles a month service and take care of their customers purchased vehicle’s work? It doesn’t work and it shows when trying to have anything serviced or repaired there. Either expand the service department or build an off sight facility that does only oil changes and tire rotations. My brother has 4 free oil changes and won’t use them because of the extreme wait time to get them done. So he will go to a place that just does oil changes and is in and out in 20-30 minutes or less. It’s a great feeling to get a new vehicle at a great price but the after sale needs some serious work. I was very satisfied with the employees and the service that I received. It was a busy day so the wait was lengthy but the coffee was great and I did not mind waiting. there was a recall on the tailgate op that I received.
