My car was making a strange engine noise that needed to be diagnosed. I made an appointment with MAUREEN who took great care to keep me posted on what was found and the status of the repair. After several be diagnosed. I made an appointment with MAUREEN who took great care to keep me posted on what was found and the status of the repair. After several hours of waiting, and several hundred dollars later, my car was ready. Valet pulled it up, I got inside, turned the key . . . . and then I had a feeling of sudden dread. NOTHING HAPPENED. (Oh no. After all the waiting, my car was not starting.) WRONG. My car DID start. It was SO QUIET and SMOOTH, I couldn't even hear or feel it running (like an electric car). It continued to start silently for two days. Now I can hear it start very quietly, but it is still running silently and smoothly. Great mechanic! I was told that he also fixed a couple of very minor things for free, but it seems like he must have gone over the entire car and adjusted everything. I am so happy about the quality of work and dedication of service I receive at AutoNation. Maureen is always very reliable and the mechanic/service technician who fixed my car is amazingly talented. This place is horrific corporate mess, and stay away if you can. Sales is basicaly incompetent bunch, where you will waste a day, and they will still be incapable of completing the sale, cash in hand. But you can. Sales is basicaly incompetent bunch, where you will waste a day, and they will still be incapable of completing the sale, cash in hand. But God help you if you need any service/repairs, or added acessories from their service and parts department. Holy cow!!! Two-2 months to try to schedule thousands of dollars of service work and upgrades, cant even manage to set you up with a rental vehicle. And then after 2 months they call that they have loaner, but can you be here right away, because they cant hold the rental for you. This place would be much better if they had some robots and vending machines dispensing cars, as that would be a huge improvement-not sure how they even mange to survive with zero customer service. Fortunately, there are still privately owned Ram dealers down the road, where they take pride im customer service. Too bad that you cant give them zero stars for rating. More

Lied about warranty, disinterested manager and service mgt. Purchased "Lifetime Warranty" (no mileage limit), refused to repair calling it "normal wear" after I refused other non-warranty services they offered. Purchased "Lifetime Warranty" (no mileage limit), refused to repair calling it "normal wear" after I refused other non-warranty services they offered. Service manager Eric Wentworth said it had over 100K miles and the warranty company denied the claim and called it "normal wear". Chrysler warranty said the service dept. called it "normal wear". One or both are lying. Talked to Dealership manager Tom Schnelle. He gave me a lot of lip service, agreed it was a problem and that Chrysler is doing that to everyone with that warranty because they nearly went broke trying to cover it. More

My wife recently purchased a new Dodge Challenger RT from another dealership. She found that she had constant signal interference/static on any FM radio station that she tuned to. She had taken it to other dealerships only to be disappointed. Since I had such a positive experience with purchasing a used truck at AutoNation CDJRF last month, I offered to take it to their Service Dept on my way to work. Our Service Advisor, Matt, gained my confidence immediately. Not only was he professional, courteous, and attentive; he also displayed great empathy and concern for my wife's troubling experience with other dealerships. It took a couple of days, but Matt kept us informed every step of the way, and they were able to resolve the issue. From now on, we will bring both of our vehicles here for service! Thank you AutoNation CDJRF!!! More
Incompetent and lazy If it were possible to give a negative star rating, I would. This service center would get -4 stars from my last two experiences. Bought a brand new r If it were possible to give a negative star rating, I would. This service center would get -4 stars from my last two experiences. Bought a brand new ram limited. $57k truck. Shortly after we bought it (2weeks) we started hearing the brakes squeeking as if the pads had worn down. We made an appointment and took it in. When we arrived they said they didn’t have us on the schedule. They went back and forth with my wife over whether she even made the appointment which was the first sign that this place was going to be terrible. They took the truck in at noon on Friday and at the end of the day, we had no call to let us know what was going on or when we are going to get the vehicle back. We called 5 times with no answer or response all within normal operating hours. Had to track down the manager if the lot to find someone to call me back. Didn’t get the vehicle back until the end of the following day. They said they were unable to duplicate the squeek and wouldn’t be changing the pads. As i was driving home, lo and behold, the squeek returns. We were having some other issues with the Uconnect system so I made another appointment a few weeks later and met with a different service advisor “Rocket.” They said they were wide open on their schedule for Friday and i could pick any appointment time. I chose 10am and arrived at 9 because i finished work early. Again, at the end of the day, no call or update from Rocket to tell me what is going on. i finally get him to call me back and ge says nobody has had a chance to look at it. After I complained to him about the supposedly wide open schedule, he offers me a rental car and makes it seem as if he’s going above and beyond by offering this and that the average time that a vehicle is in their shop is 3 days. Of course they don’t tell you this when you make an appointment. Guess what, on Saturday, no call to let me know what is going on. End if the day, Rocket calls and says there is still one car in front of you, I’ll let you guys keep the rental. Oh thanks Rocket. You’re a hero. Monday, no call until the end of the day. STILL one car in front of you. Unbelievable. Tuesday, call at noon. “ Got your Uconnect rebooted and now we will get it to the brakes guy.” Wednesday, call at 1pm. We weren’t able to duplicate the squeeking in your brakes... it’s a brand new truck. Ive owned it for less than a month. Just change the darn pads and be done with it. I will be filing a formal complaint with autonation and I will be asking for the dealership manager to meet me when I go to pick up the truck tonight. More
Horribe Customer Service, just horrible! Horrible service at this dealership, do not buy cars from them! Just awful customer experience. I took my Dodge Durango for service this morning (BTW Horrible service at this dealership, do not buy cars from them! Just awful customer experience. I took my Dodge Durango for service this morning (BTW this is the same place I bought my car brand new) at 10:30AM and the service agent Marvin told me there were only 4 cars ahead of me and for me to leave my car that they should get to it today by 3PM. He does not call me all day, I come to see what’s going on at 5PM and he tells me there are 15 cards ahead of me and that they will not be able to see my car and probably not tomorrow. He said “My Fault” and that’s it, not even apologize for being wrong or offer solutions, possibly giving me a quick rental or something, nothing. Just horrible service! More

Maureen in service told me she would order the part for the steering recall and call me back to schedule a return. After one week I called her and she did not return my call. Terrible Customer Service @ AutoNation What a pathetic excuse of a service department ! "Customer Service" is more like, "Bend over and grab your ankles". I've never seen any customer servi What a pathetic excuse of a service department ! "Customer Service" is more like, "Bend over and grab your ankles". I've never seen any customer service department, in any business, with the sheer utter contempt for its customers, that these jokers have. My wife dropped off her Dodge pickup for a recall on Thursday night. Maureen was the service writer, and Maureen told my wife that she would call my wife on Friday when the vehicle was done. My wife never received a call back on Friday, so she called and left a voicemail in the afternoon to see if the truck was ready, but no one returned the call. We decided to wait until Saturday morning, and the no communication from Auto Nation continued. When my wife FINALLY got through to a live person on Saturday early morning, the person told her, that the repair order for the truck had not been updated in the computer system, since it was originally entered on Thursday and would make sure that a return phone call to us would be a priority. With the revelation that there was no computer update, we had no way of knowing if the truck was finished or not, and never got that elusive call back. By late morning, decided to head up there. A manager in the service department approached us, and I shared the events and my frustration, and he didn't have anything to say and didn't want to talk to me. It appears that he must hear this all the time. Maureen came over, told us our truck was ready and that she had called my wife on Friday morning to tell her the truck was ready. Funny, my wife never received a call. I wonder whose name was on the "voicemail" that Maureen allegedly called ??? When I shared my frustrations with Maureen about not being able to get in touch with a live person in service, she told us that for "next time", she would give us the "secret" phone number to get in touch with her. If a business has to use a "secret phone number" knowing that no one will answer the main number, their days are numbered. If Auto Nation actually cared and paid attention to taking care of the customers in the first place when they bring their vehicles in for service, then they wouldn't need to use the internet to try to do damage control. What a pitiful excuse for a business. With this kind of service, there is NO WAY I'd ever buy a car from these people who are only interested in the money they make and not taking care of their customers. More
