Took my vehicle in for follow up on a vehicle Recall. Was advised it would take a couple of hours, I called the dealership after 5 hours to find out if my vehicle was completed. Initially I was going to wait for my vehicle but decided I didn’t want to spend my day off sitting at the dealership so I Uber home. Just would be nice to get an initial ETA when you drop you vehicle off. Not all people have a second vehicle or can afford to go home. More

All the service requests were completed but the lack of communication with the service advisor really put me off. The totally automated phone system did not allow for any human contact and eventually just communication with the service advisor really put me off. 2 weeks of having my car and no resolution. I had to call to get updates since no one bothered to call me. Just received the multi-point inspection and told that a transfer case would be needed and on call to get updates since no one bothered to call me. First is was wiring, then transmission, back to wiring, PCM (that was just reprogrammed and flasshed by them), back to wiring then an transfer case. I really feel that it was too complicated and didn't want to deal with it. More
