Carl Ross is awesome!! Anytime I have an issue with my Ram he gets my truck in and makes sure it is fixed when I get it back. If there are any issues after the fact he makes it right. Brought my 2020 Ram 2500 in for A/C problem. Appeared to be an electrical problem since it would function sporadically, the worst kind of problem! The service advisor, Carl Ross, was tenacious and continued to try to find the problem. After spending 3 days looking, they finally discovered a short to the compressor. The service department was swamped with business at the time, another reason their patience was impressive, I never felt they had lost their tenecity to solve my problem. Lori was very responsive to my plight, and gave me a car so I never missed a doctors appointment for radiation. Autonation North is an outstanding example of what a car dealership should be! I will recommend this dealership whenever possible. More
