I have been bringing my Jeep to this dealership for service since I purchases it brand new in 2017. After this last time, I will never take my car there again. Nicholas was absolutely rude, the minute service since I purchases it brand new in 2017. After this last time, I will never take my car there again. Nicholas was absolutely rude, the minute I walked in for my appointment he held his finger in the air to stop me. His approach was extremely rude from start to finish. 2 previous service advisors had promised me a service discount for all future services, which have been applied in the past and he was able to see. He fought me on it for quite some time and did not want to offer it again. He even put down the advisors I previously worked with. My vehicle was dropped off at 4 pm which was my appointment time, and he said it takes about an hour to be ready, and they close at 6 pm, but that I have to leave my car overnight because he cannot get it done as scheduled. To top it off, usually they run your car through a car wash at the end of each service (at least they did every single time the past 4 years), and when I picked up my car it was FILTHY. Never again. My first time to use this dealership. I went to get oil change. When I got home I decided to look under the hood. There was oil spilled on the engine and a puddle of oil by the oil cap. They could have change. When I got home I decided to look under the hood. There was oil spilled on the engine and a puddle of oil by the oil cap. They could have cleaned that up but didn't. I cleaned it up. I'm not impressed. Also left an oil ring where they sat the oil cap during service. Service advisor was nice. More

Remote appointment setters (FL) are making appointments for work that the dealership (AZ) is unable to address at the current time & loaner/rental vehicles are unavailable resulting in delays & multiple ap for work that the dealership (AZ) is unable to address at the current time & loaner/rental vehicles are unavailable resulting in delays & multiple appointments. Though 'courtesy' washes are a nice touch; vehicle owners should be consulted prior to it being done unless it is a touchless wash. I have never used brushes on this car, plus the front plate was torn off by the machine & no one noticed until I called Sam several days later, at which point he checked & found the plate in the carwash. He did re attach the plate for me but this was one more unplanned trip. More
