The communication was extremely poor. We dropped our jeep on a Tuesday for an oil change and some other very easy fixes. We had to repeatedly call the dealership to get updates and find out when our je jeep on a Tuesday for an oil change and some other very easy fixes. After us calling many times, we were finally able to pick up the jeep on Friday, three days later for an oil change! Thank goodness this was not our primary vehicle. They knew ahead of time we needed our windshield replaced, instead of going through our insurance, they wanted to charge us cash. We have done a windshield replacement before at this dealership with no problems. We were then charged a ridiculous amount of money for them to tell us why our key fobs were not working.They gave us some story as to why they weren't working, mind you we have had this jeep for three years and never had a problem. All we asked was to change the batteries and they still did not do that and sure enough the next day, we had the same problem. After paying over $100 for them to tell us that, we continue with the same problem. Needless to say, we will not be going back for service from this place. More
